As an instructor, he translates complex FAR and DFARS requirements into practical, real-world examples that are easy to understand and apply. His experience as a Contracting Officer, acquisition leader, and mentor enables him to deliver engaging, mission-focused training that strengthens contracting knowledge and decision-making.
